Builder.io's Technical Support provides assistance with:

Platform functionality and bugs

  • Troubleshooting issues with platform features and tools
  • Identifying and reporting product bugs or malfunctions
  • Guidance on how to use built-in UI, dashboards, and workflows

Performance

  • Stalled startup
  • Issues starting up a Fusion project
  • Workspace cloning

Integrations and API support

  • Issues with supported integrations; for example GitHub, CMS, or deployment tools
  • Questions regarding available API endpoints and responses
  • Help with authentication and environment setup

Billing and account

  • Questions about subscription plans, usage limits, and invoices
  • Assistance with account settings and access issues

Product documentation

  • Clarifications or missing steps from our official documentation
