Klaviyo will seamlessly collect and store relevant data about your customers so you can use it to deliver memorable experiences, drive more sales, and create stronger relationships.

Choosing a template

There are 2 types of integrations you can choose when adding Klaviyo to your site:.

Generic Embed

Uses Klaviyo's JavaScript SDK to embed your forms on a Builder page
Great if you have forms you've already customized in Klaviyo
Relies on targeting features in Klaviyo
Can customize in the Klaviyo form editor
Depends on 3rd party JS that could have small performance impact

Native Embed

Uses the Klaviyo APIs with a pre-generated Builder form you can customize
Can use Builder's targeting and testing features
Fully customizable using the Builder interface
No 3rd party JS requirement so will be very performant
Adding/removing fields may require some technical knowledge

Prerequisites

In order for the integration to connect to Klaviyo, you'll need to enter some required information depending on what template you're using.
