Builder can leverage multiple external tools when designing your Project with Builder. All integrations can be access on the Integrations page.
By connecting to Atlassian's Rovo MCP server, you gain access to Atlassian powered applications, like Jira.
To setup your Atlassian MCP server, you need access to your Atlassian organization's admin account. Within an admin accounts settings page:
- Go to Directory > Apps > AI settings > Rovo MCP server.
- Click Add domain.
- Enter
https://builder.io/**within the Domain field. - Click the Add button.
After completing the setup process, connect Atlassian to Builder by completing the following steps:
- Go to Integrations.
- On the Atlassian tile, click + Connect.
- In the modal that opens, click the Connect To Atlassian button.
- Select which tools you wish to connect to Builder.
- Click the Approve button.
- Review the permissions granted to Builder, and click Accept.
To use MCP servers in a Project, integrations must be enabled on a per-user basis. To enable the integration on your account:
- Go to a Project.
- Click the cog icon at the bottom of the prompt window.
- Click Integrations.
- Next to the integration you wish to enable, click the Connect button.
- Authenticate your integration.
Your integration is now accessible within your account's Projects. Toggle the MCP server on or off from the Integrations panel.

In the video below, a Jira ticket URL is shared with Builder. This ticket is then completed according to the details shared within the ticket.
