The following video walks through the process for creating a Symbol, and below the video the steps are outlined.
Creating a Symbol
Click on your block and click on the arrow next to the Edit button.
Click Convert to Symbol.
In the dialogue, name your Symbol and leave the Model field with the default Create Symbol Model text.
Click the Convert button.
Your Symbol is ready to use throughout your Space.
👉 Tip: If you've created your Symbol through the Models section, rather than converting a Block as in this article, you must Publish your Symbol to make it available for use.
Updating Symbols
Edit your Symbol by selecting Edit and then the Edit Symbol button.
The Symbol opens so you can make your changes.
To Publish, select the green Publish button in the upper right of the Symbol.
Using a Symbol
To use your new Symbol in a page, in the Insert tab, select the My Symbols tab and drag and drop your Symbol block onto the page.
