- Admin - can manage everything including billing and users. Every organization must have at least one admin.
- Developer - Can create and edit content and designs, as well as edit code, models, and advanced configuration
- Designer - can create and edit content, designs, and styling
- Editor - can edit content (e.g. text, images) but not designs and styling
- Custom roles, which allow you to create customized user permissions and work flows, are only available to our Enterprise plans
To adjust your user settings (name, email, password), navigate to the user settings in the account tab.

What is bandwidth?
Bandwidth is often mistaken for internet speed when it's actually the volume of information that can be sent over a connection in a measured amount of time.
How is it measured?
The following items contribute to your monthly bandwidth quota:
API requests:
- Downloading of media when visitors view images/assets hosted by Builder
- Reading or writing data from our APIs, such as the Content API, GraphQL API, HTML API, and Write APIs
Hosted Pages
These are full sites or pages completely hosted directly by Builder. Note that any custom name you put in front of custom hosted pages will proxy to one of the below domains and will be billed accordingly
- .builder.live/
- .builder.codes/
Tracking bandwidth
To view and track your bandwidth (and other usage), navigate to the Account tab in the side menu, and then click on subscription. You will be able to see how much bandwidth you've used and how much you have left for the month.
Part of Builder's pricing is dictated by Builder page views. Builder page views are tracked by a pixel we add to content created in Builder and rendered by a customer's site or app. It works similar to how Google Analytics would measure a page view. Multiple pieces of content viewed on one page is one page view. The same visitor visiting two pages on your site with Builder content would be two page views. Viewing / previewing your own content in the Builder app does not count as a page view. If you hit your monthly page view limit, your Builder pages will stay live on your site, but you will not be able to edit/make changes without upgrading your account.
Yes, we want everyone to experience the full power of Builder so every new space has a 30-day free trial with access to all the features under the Growth plan with a limit of 10 users. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan that best fits your needs.
Our Free plan (and free trial) supports up to 10 users. If you need more you'll need to upgrade to our Basic or Growth plans, which both support up to 20 users. If you need more than 20 users, then you'll need an Enterprise plan.
On-demand customers can pay for the subscription with American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. Enterprise customers have the option of paying via wire transfer.
