Chat and collaborate with Fusion directly in your company Slack. Fusion uses your conversation to create changes to existing Projects.
Invite the @Builder.io Slack App to a specific channel by doing the following:
- Within Slack, navigate to a channel.
- Within the message bar, type
/invite @Builder.io
. - Send the message.
This invites the @Builder.io Slack App to your channel.
To configure your connection with Builder:
- Within a Slack channel that has the @Builder.io Slack App, type
/builder configure
. - Send the message.
- Click the Connect Builder.io Space button sent by the Slack App.
- Choose the Space you wish to provide access to.
Once you've connected and configured the Slack App, prompt Fusion to make a change to a Project by typing @Builder.io
followed by your prompt.
The Slack App responds in a thread, asking you which Project this prompt applies to. Select the Project, at which point Fusion gets to work.
Once Fusion is done, the Slack App send a new message describing what it has done and providing a link to the Project. Click the link to view the changes Fusion made to your Project.
Once Fusion has made changes to your Project:
- Create a Pull Request to share with your team.
- Use Project Previews to share your work with a Builder URL.
- Continue editing with the Design, Interact, and Code modes built into the Fusion Visual Editor.
