As Voyage Privé signed more travel partnerships, its need for landing pages grew faster than its teams could build them. Each offer needed a page for every market, and each page started from a blank canvas.
Challenge
Every launch was manual, sequential and repeated per market
“We had a huge pain point, landing pages. We didn’t have anything. It was a blank page, and we had to build everything from scratch.”
Building and validating the first page took two to three days. Each regional team then had to review, translate and rebuild it, which took about seven more days. A single campaign took roughly ten days to reach every market, and co-branded campaigns added partner branding on top.
The company had tried Unbounce, but it didn’t fit how the team worked, and the project sat idle for about two years.
When Erwan Vermot joined as an automation specialist, he first built the company’s project management system in Airtable. He then looked at what he could connect to it, and landing pages were the obvious place to start.
Solution
Brief-to-page pipeline, built on Builder’s API
“When you first look, [the other platform] seems easier because it has native connections with Zapier. It was perfect for automation, but Builder was perfect for everything else.”
In spring 2026, Voyage Privé compared Builder against other platforms. Builder offered the visual editing, templates and A/B testing the marketing teams wanted. Just as important, its API let Erwan build the custom workflows the team needed. The result is a pipeline in which no one touches page layout until review.
- 1. Templates in Builder, filled automatically. The design team creates the templates in Builder, one per business unit plus a co-branded version for partner campaigns. From there, Zapier feeds them automatically with the information from Airtable and from the dedicated interface Erwan built.
- 2. Airtable as the content hub. Each editable block in a template maps to a field in Voyage Privé’s Airtable content hub. When the partnerships team submits a brief, it fills in a page record automatically, so the brief becomes the single source of truth for every market.
- 3. One prompt per field. Copy is generated by Claude, guided by prompts written by Voyage Privé’s SEO team for each field. The prompts produce SEO-optimized text in the brand’s voice and adapt it for each market instead of translating word for word. As Erwan explains, “Each cell has its own prompt. It’s not one prompt that then gets translated.”
- 4. One click to publish drafts. Once the content is approved, a single click triggers a Zapier workflow that pulls each template’s structure from Builder through the API, fills it with the approved content from Airtable, uploads images to Builder’s CDN so they stay available after Airtable’s temporary links expire, and creates a draft page for every selected market.
- 5. Human review on editable drafts. Pages stay fully editable in Builder. Review teams check each draft before it goes live and use A/B test results to adjust their own version. If an offer block works in the UK but not in Germany, the German team can swap it out without touching the other markets.
Results
One brief, one click, every market
“What used to take a week or ten days now takes one hour. We’re able to create all the landing pages in one click, instead of building one, validating it, translating it and recreating it.”
Voyage Privé now launches a landing page in about an hour instead of three days, and a full multi-market campaign in the same hour instead of ten days. Teams spend their time reviewing and refining pages instead of rebuilding them. The pipeline handles generation, localization and page creation, and people keep control of the final result.
The bigger lesson, Erwan says, is knowing what Builder’s API makes possible. “Once you see you can do it, everyone can do it.” As more partnerships come in, Voyage Privé can launch them across Europe without rebuilding a single page by hand.
